Changing Request Form

How to request:

- To move player from one section to different section.
- To move from one school team to different school team.
- To change school grade.
- To change BYE option.

STEPS:

1. Only email that was used to register can do the request. If you are coach/coordinator, please contact the parents, or people who registered the player.

2. Fill this form, and submit.

3. System will send email to the registered email.

4. Open the email, and click the link to confirm.

5. Double check pre-entries to make sure everything is correct.

6. Only during online registration process. Once we close registration process, request to move playing section, or school team only can be done onsite, or BYEs, please go to Tournament Director room.

7. If you are looking to cancel registration, or cancel certain option (i.e. paid for Blitz, but cannot come and want refund), please contact Charlotte Chess Center on email during the online registration process or after.
