Format:

2-or 3-day, 5-round swiss, Game 90/d10;
Schedule 3-days and 2-days option will merge in round 4 (four)!
Make sure you are aware of the schedules.

Two byes allowed. MUST be requested before round 2!

Orginizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes based on number of participants in the tournament

Entry fees:

U1600 and Open Entry fee is $139 if  received by September 30, 2018; $179 thereafter; On site $200.
U1000: Entry fee is $40 if received by September 30, 2018; $50 thereafter; On site $70. Check payment accepted. If paying by check a player must request registration via e-mail. Checks must arrive within 10 days of the request to guarantee a spot. Online registrtaion will end at 9:00PM on Thursday, November 8. After this players will only be able to register on site if there are spots left.

RE-ENTRY ONLY IN OPEN AND U-1600. Fee $50
Refund Policy:
If entry is canceled before 09/30/2018, there will be a $20 deduction from a full refund.
After 09/30/2018, we will only provide 50% refund.
