Required. o TD will assign ratings for those who are not USCF rated. o If there are late arrivals and/or odd number of players TD may start additional games with reduced time controls so next round may start on time. o We will try to accommodate not pairing family members or those that normally play each other a lot in rated games. Please advise the TD. o We will use the Official March Rating List. o TD discretion to modify swiss (e.g. 1v2, accelerate, ...) o Equipment is provided, but if you prefer to play with your equipment then that is fine: Normal black's choice. Reminders: (please ask if you need more details) o QUIET especially in playing areas. Disruptive spectators may be asked to leave. o Problem? stop clock & notify TD to help resolve o Touch Move o You may only adjust pieces when it is your move (I adjust - softly!) o Must keep score o After less than 5 mins left on either clock, neither player needs to keep score. o Please write down you moves after you make it so it is not thought that you are taking notes.
